The event, aimed at fostering community ties and strengthening relationships between alumni, faculty, and current students, was attended by a distinguished group of individuals who shared a spirit of camaraderie and mutual respect.

The Iftar Mahfil was presided over by Professor Dr. Imranul Hoque, the Honorable Advisor of JnUMAA and Chairman of the Department of Marketing. His presence and leadership underscored the event’s importance as a platform for building stronger connections within the Business School community. In addition to Professor Dr. Imranul Hoque, several faculty members from the Department of Marketing, including prominent professors and lecturers, were in attendance, contributing to the evening’s warm atmosphere.

The event was not only an occasion to break the fast but also a meaningful gathering where the alumni, faculty, and current students engaged in insightful discussions about the future direction of the Alumni Association. One of the main highlights of the evening was the discussion about upcoming initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between the alumni and current students. There was a strong emphasis on creating platforms for knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and collaborative projects that could benefit students in their academic and professional endeavors.

The alumni members present shared their thoughts and ideas on how to implement these initiatives swiftly, expressing their eagerness to reconnect with the department and provide guidance to the next generation of marketing professionals. The event was a testament to the enduring bond between past and present members of the department, and it was clear that there is a shared commitment to fostering a culture of mutual support and growth within the Business School community.

The Iftar Mahfil also provided a moment of reflection and unity as the attendees came together to observe the holy month of Ramadan, highlighting the significance of community, giving, and compassion. As the evening unfolded, participants enjoyed not only the meal but also the opportunity to network, share experiences, and discuss future possibilities for collaboration.

In addition to the discussions about future events, the evening allowed for informal networking, with alumni offering valuable advice to students on career development, industry trends, and academic pursuits.
