Md. Abdur Razzak Shak is a distinguished alumnus of the Department of Marketing, 2nd Batch, at Jagannath University, Dhaka. With over 9 years of versatile experience in the banking sector, he has demonstrated excellence across multiple areas including Credit Relationship (SRM, RM, RO), Foreign Exchange Operations, Trade Finance, General Banking, and Branch Operations.

His banking journey began in 2015 at National Bank Limited as a Probationary Officer. In 2016, he joined AB Bank Limited as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), marking the beginning of a successful and progressive career.

Over the years, Shak has held key roles at AB Bank, including Assistant Vice President & Manager Operations at Bashundhara Branch, where he also served as the Branch Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer (BAMLCO). His strategic and operational expertise earned him his current role as the Branch Manager of AB Bank PLC, Banani Branch.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Shak has earned notable industry certifications:

• JAIBB & DAIBB – Institute of Bankers Bangladesh (IBB)

• Passed the General Banking & Credit Examination conducted by BIBM

He holds both MBA and BBA degrees in Marketing from Jagannath University. Originally from Faridpur, Md. Abdur Razzak Shak continues to serve as a role model for aspiring banking professionals and fellow Jagannath University graduates.
